NILCONNECT’s mission is to empower student-athletes through business development education and by helping them monetize their name, image, and likeness responsibly and compliantly.
Apostles Creed Ministries adopted the mission of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) approximately 20 years ago – not as part of FCA, but as our own, separate organization carrying that same intent forward: helping athletes, college athletes, and parents balance their faith and religious beliefs alongside the demands of competition and, now, NIL opportunity. We aren’t affiliated with FCA today; we’re a distinct nonprofit that chose, two decades ago, to build our work around the same purpose.
Apostles Creed Ministries is a nonprofit – separate governance, separate operations, its own EIN and bank account – from A|I Legal Paraprofessionals NIL LLC, the for-profit company behind NILCONNECT. The relationship between the two organizations is governed by a memorandum of understanding, approved by both Boards of Directors on July 31, 2026. That MOU sets out the terms below directly – this isn’t a general independence statement backed by nothing; it’s what the two organizations actually signed.
That independence means something concrete: we don’t automatically send the student-athletes, families, schools, or colleges we work with to A|I Legal Paraprofessionals NIL LLC. When you need NIL compliance, business, or consulting services, we point you to a neutral list of resources and competitive options – not just one company, even one we’re affiliated with. Any referral arrangement between the two organizations has to be documented, board-approved, and reviewed for fair market value and conflicts of interest before it can exist. And if A|I Legal Paraprofessionals NIL LLC ever provides services to us, that runs through the same kind of written agreement we’d use with any vendor.
